  •         250 g zoodles
  •         110 g bean sprouts
  •         75 g unsalted cashews
  •         2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
  •         2 tsp sesame oil
  •         Coriander sprigs for serving


  1.       Heat half the oil in a wok over high heat.
  2.       Stir fry chicken for about 3 minutes.
  3.       Remove and put on plate.
  4.       Add broccoli, garlic and chili and cook 2 minutes.
  5.       Add cabbage and zoodles.
  6.       Put chicken back in wok and add sprouts, cashews and soy sauce and sesame oil.
  7.       Stir fry for 1 minutes.
  8.       Serve with coriander and chili to taste.

  •         1 tbsp oil
  •         15 g butter
  •         2 250 g packets of zoodles
  •         2 garlic cloves chopped finely
  •         100 g cream cheese, cubed

  •         20 g grated Parmesan


  1.       Heat oil and better in frying pan over medium heat.
  2.       Add zoodles.
  3.       Toss periodically for about 3 minutes.
  4.       Remove to a plate.
  5.       Add garlic. Cook for 1 minutes.
  6.       Add cream cheese and cream and 60 ml of water.
  7.       Cook over low for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  8.       Add parmesan.
  9.       Add zoodles back to pan.
  10.       Mix well.

  •         2 C baby spinach
  •         2 eggs
  •         1/3 C almond meal
  •         2 tsp psyllium husk
  •         ½ tsp salt


  1.       Heat oven to  320.
  2.       Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  3.       Put spinach in heat safe bowl and pour boiling water over it to wilt. Let sit 5 minutes.
  4.       Drain.
  5.       Put spinach in food processor. Add eggs, almond meal, psyllium and salt.
  6.       Process until mix is smooth.
  7.       Put ¼ of this mix into one of the trays.
  8.       Spread into a 6 inch circle.
  9.       Use the rest of the mix to make 4 circles total.
  10.       Bake for 10 minutes.
  11.       Hang between spaces in a muffin pan to make shells
  12.       Bake another 10 minutes.

  •         2 tsp baking powder
  •         2 C almond meal
  •         ¼ C stevia powdered
  •         250 g strawberries, chopped
  •         75 g dark chocolate
  •         3 eggs, whisked
  •         2 tsp vanilla
  •         ¼ C almond milk
  •         16 tbsp butter


  1.       Heat to 325.
  2.       Line muffin tin with muffin papers.
  3.       Sift coconut flour and baking powder into a large bowl.
  4.       Add the almond meal and the stevia and the berries.
  5.       Add chocolate and combine.
  6.       Whisk eggs, vanilla and almond milk.
  7.       Add to dry ingredients and just barely fold together.
  8.       Divide mix into muffin tin.
  9.       Bake for 25 minutes.
  10.       Enjoy!
