  •         ½ tsp chili powder
  •         ½ tsp salt
  •         2 tbsp lemon juice
  •         T tbsp lime juice
  •         2 C chicken broth
  •         8 oz cream cheese
  •         ½ C chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, onion, garlic, chipotles, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, lemon juice and chicken brother to an instant pot.
  2. Cover and turn vent to seal. Cook on high pressure for 18 minutes.
  3. Allow for a natural release.
  4. Remove chicken and shred.
  5. Turn instant pot to sauté and add cream cheese.
  6. Whisk until the cream cheese melts.
  7. Turn off the pot and return chicken to it. Add cilantro and stir.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Add chicken, garlic, onion, chipotle, cumin, chili, paprika, salt, lemon and lime juice and chicken broth to the crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Remove chicken and shred.

  5. Return chicken and add cilantro.
