What is Keto?
The keto diet was originally not created for weight loss and was instead formulated to treat children with seizure disorders. However, it was quickly discovered that the keto diet had a myriad of health benefits that many other diets could not claim. If you have ever given up on a diet because it was hard to stick to, or because you were hungry all the time, then the keto diet is probably the right diet for you! Basically, the keto diet is high-fat and low carb, making it easy to stick to it because of all the great foods that fit within the diet.
If you can give up some bread and some pasta, you can stick to the keto diet and lose weight. The best part of all is that you won’t be tired, cranky, or hungry while you are losing weight! Who can work out when they are exhausted? Keto is the answer for anyone who has ever gotten sick of fighting with diet plans that just did not work out.
The keto diet still requires that you watch your portions and that you do some physical exercise weekly, but you will be amazed at how much weight you can lose just by cutting carbs out of your diet! People often are unaware of how much energy healthy fats can offer, which makes keto a great diet for those who are on the go all the time. Last and maybe very best of all, the meals that fit on the keto diet are meals your whole family will love and be able to share with you!
